CACCWA serves Khmer small businesses and nonprofits. We share financial, educational, and safety resources from the Departments of Commerce and Labor & Industries. Our team provides catered technical support. Staff are proficient in English and Khmer.


CACCWA (Cambodian American Community Council of Washington) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the Khmer business community. Our team provides technical support and hosts informational workshops to share financial, educational, and safety resources with business owners. We also provide catered support through in-person and online methods.

We are partnering with the Department of Commerce and the Department of Labor & Industries in this effort. Our goal is to support, sustain, and uplift Khmer businesses and nonprofit organizations in Washington. CACCWA primarily serves King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, and Clark counties, in addition to welcoming other communities. Our staff are proficient in English and Khmer languages.

CACCWA also has a team to teach technology literacy to elders and low-English proficiency individuals, as well as an education committee to recognize Khmer graduates and students.
