Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce

The Seattle Metro Chamber is the largest and most diverse business association in the region representing 2,500 member companies and a workforce of about 750,000. Mission: Help members thrive in an equitable and inclusive regional economy.

About

At the Chamber, we believe that a thriving community depends on vibrant business. We believe our region is uniquely positioned to compete in the global marketplace because we embrace three key attributes: we create jobs, we are responsible stewards of the environment, and we are committed to an equitable and inclusive economy.

The Chamber's Role

  1. A policy voice and the only Chamber in the area that represents business at the city, regional, state and federal levels;

  2. A convener and coalition-builder around issues we all care about, from transportation to education to the environment;

  3. A one-stop shop for all of the tools businesses need to grow, from high-quality networking to employee benefits;

  4. A community partner and champion for projects, initiatives and people who make our region globally competitive as well as a great place to live, work and raise a family

The Seattle Metro Chamber is unique - it supports your business and key economic development initiatives in King County. The Chamber coordinates business recruitment, retention and expansion activities and provides export assistance. We support business recovery and connect small businesses to community-based lenders and loan readiness coaching. We team up with local governments and partners to support research, planning and implementation of regional economic development strategies.
