For over 20 years, Enterprise for Equity has been providing financial education, business training, business technical assistance, and microloans to people with limited incomes, Black, Indigenous and other People of Color, people with disabilities, veterans, rural entrepreneurs and many others in our region. We empower entrepreneurs, existing small business owners and others in our region to create financial well-being for themselves through small business development.
Our work prioritizes efforts that build regional economic strength by assisting small business owners and those considering self-employment. These components include: Outreach to rural communities via our partners to find and connect with people interested in growing their small businesses; Information Sessions, business training, tools and technical assistance; Connections with workforce partners and others for support with their employees, and asset building programs that build prosperity; and, Financing for business start-up or expansion through microloans and connections with
SBA partners and other lending partners.
Services are available to people who live or sell products within Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Pacific, Wahkiakum, Clallam and rural Pierce counties.
